Mlimani is interested in the lyrical, historical or militant function of writing .
Our editorial line targets African classics and writings of a socio-political nature. We do not publish autobiographies, personal development works or religious texts.

Before sending!
We operate on a publisher's account (i.e. if the work is selected, Mlimani covers all costs and pays the author in % of sales).
Therefore, we are unfortunately only able to support a minority of the writing projects submitted (around 2 per year).
The next review cycle will begin in March 2025.
